 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *If items are damaged or broken on arrival, you must contact us same day as shipment is received and buyer must provide clear photos of damaged items and packaging. Contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of item(s) and photos of the item(s) condition upon receipt must be provided to us in order to start the refund process. No photos, no refund. If your refund is approved, there are 2 options. We will refund the original purchase price of item(s) only plus any taxes charged on the item(s). Shipping costs are not refunded. If USPS Priority was the shipping method used and your package was lost or damaged in transport, you can file an insurance claim to recoup your shipping losses. Alternatively, if available, we can send out another of the same item(s). Shipping cost for replacement item must be paid by buyer before shipping.

We are totally reasonable people and are absolutely willing to work with you in dealing with whatever issues may arise with your order. Please don't hesitate to reach out and allow us the opportunity to resolve the situation in a manner that is satisfactory for all. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know within 3 business days if your request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
