Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICIES:

-Items are typically shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders will be shipped out within 2 weeks of ordering unless otherwise noted in listing description.  Feel free to reach out and request an update, we're happy to let you know when you can expect your item to be on it's way to you! 

-Cactus will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. If your order comes in after 12pm MST on Tuesday, your order will ship the following Monday. 

-Aquatic Plants and Animals will only ship on Monday to reduce total shipping time as much as possible. All aquatic animals will be shipped in a Kordon breather bag. Heat or Cold Packs are recommended when shipping to extreme temperatures and are available in our shop. Aquatic plants and animals can be sensitive during shipping, so please consider the weather in your area before ordering. We offer heat or cold packs to aid in shipping. If you would like one, please add it to your order and we'll happily pack it along with your plants for shipping. There is no additional shipping charged for the heat/cold packs. 

-Plants respond to shipping in lots of different ways. Some are completely unfazed while others will shed leaves, shrivel and arrive looking less than ideal. Don't fret! Most plants will bounce back after a week or two once in good soil and with a little sun. Give them a chance to acclimate to their new environment and they will likely perk right back up :)

-Some plants and cactus may have small flaws , imperfections, scars. These blemishes don't harm the plant and only add to their unique character!  :) 

-Buyer is responsible for knowing local laws regarding acceptable plants for import in your state. Seller assumes no legal responsibility if buyer imports a plant or animal that is prohibited in their area. 

***IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE***
USPS is experiencing much higher volumes of shipping orders during these unprecedented times. To ensure your plants arrive as quickly as possible and in good condition, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing USPS Priority Shipping. USPS Priority Mail is insured up to $100 and usually arrives within 2-3 business days. If you purchase Priority Shipping and have any issues with your order being lost or damaged during transit, you will be able to file a claim with USPS for your losses.
